This is a great time to start working out at home or neighborhood (maintaining social distance).  You can go:

  • Take a brisk walk with your dog 

  • Bicycling

  • Slow dancing

  • Vacuuming

The benefits of exercising are:

  • Boost your immune system

  • Reduce the stress and anxiety of listening to all the Covid 19 news

  • Improve heart health
