Last FUNctional Wednesday Workout

Come join Glen Chew (Certified Personal Trainer) and Karen Chew (Fun Assistant) for the final FUNctional Fitness Workout 
This workout is designed to build strength and mobility for everyday activities such as bending, lifting, squatting and balance. We are meeting online every Wednesday in April from 11:15 A.M. to 12:15 P.M. with the last ten minutes reserved for Pastor Mark to share a verse and prayer.  The workout is starts with a warm up, a group of 6 low impact exercises for 1 round (for people short on time) or up to 3 rounds, and followed by a group stretch.  Please join us at: https://zoom.us/j/523172137, Meeting ID: 523172137
