As you know, we have a membership meeting scheduled for next Sunday, February 3, 2019. The purpose of the meeting is for the OVCC membership to decide whether to ratify the selection of Tina Teng-Henson as the lead pastor of Orchard Valley Christian Church.

There are two ways to vote (use only ONE).

1. Attend the membership meeting on February 3

   • A roll call of members will be taken at the meeting

   • A physical ballot will be handed out to members present at the meeting

   • Completed physical ballots will be collected at the meeting (name and signature optional)

2. Return a virtual ballot to Ron Wong by February 10

   • Complete the attached virtual ballot (with your name and signature) and email to Ron Wong at ron.wong@gmail.com

   • You may also hand deliver or send via US Mail a completed virtual ballot (with your name and signature) to Ron Wong

Attached is a copy of the virtual ballot for your use if you cannot attend the membership meeting on February 3.
